Top Level Urgent Care grows from nearly 15 years of primary care in Jamaica, Queens — bringing extended-hours urgent care access to the families Dr. Rahman has spent his career serving.
Dr. Rahman has practiced medicine in Queens for 25 years — beginning in Woodhaven for a decade before establishing Saireen Medical Group at 88-34 161st St in Jamaica, just minutes from DM Plaza, where he has practiced for nearly 15 years. Over that time he's built deep roots in the South Asian, Filipino, and broader Queens community, and understands firsthand what it means to need medical care after work hours or on a weekend.
Top Level Urgent Care is a direct extension of that mission: accessible, affordable, high-quality care for the people who live and work in this neighborhood. Patients of Saireen Medical Group will recognize a familiar standard of care.
Jamaica, Queens is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country — and one where evening and weekend healthcare access has been historically limited.
Top Level exists to change that. We're a walk-in urgent care built for working families — South Asian, Filipino, and the full diversity of Queens — reflecting the community Dr. Rahman has served for 25 years.
We're located on the 4th floor of DM Plaza at 167-14 Hillside Ave — a new community-centered hub that also houses a restaurant, grocery, and event space.
Our clinical team is being assembled for our June 2026 opening. We are recruiting board-certified providers who reflect our community and share our commitment to accessible care.
